TRAY DRYERS These Tray Dryers are idealy suitable for drying Mushrooms, Arecanut, Coconut, Chillies, Spicies, Papad, Potato Chips, Onions, Fish, Garlic, Grapes, Cashewnuts, Confectionery, Macronies, Wood etc., also for drying pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Powders, Granules, Plastic Granules etc. Heating is either by electric or stream or both combined. Various models are listed in this page to suit customer requirements. Custom-built models can be quoted on request.  MODELS Six Models ranging from 6 Trays to 192 Trays TEMPERATURE Standard Models are designed for 100oC, 200oC, and 300oC Maximum temperature. CONSTRUCTIONS The external frame work is made of 10 guage M.S.Plate.  Both the exterior and the interior is covered with heavy guage C.R.C.S. sheet. In between the space, resin bonded special quality fibre glass heat insulation slabs are provided.  Safety guards for fan blade and heaters are fitted.  The interior is painted with heat resistance aluminium paint. The exterior is spray painted with rust proof paint. DOOR According to model, doors are provided with smooth moving hinges, latches and sealing gasket.

FAN & MOTOR
Well-balanced large propellor type fan(s) fitted inside the chamber wit suitable shaft and dual bearings with electric motor(s) drive, depending  on the models.

HEATERS
Proved performance Racold make tubular heaters are fitted inside the chamber for  maximum heat transfer. Steam heated models are fitted with  finned type steam raditors.

CONTROLS
Solidstate digital electronic with all  safety devices.

DAMPER
Adjustable exhaust Damper with an arrangement for pre-filteration in the air inlet.

OPTIONAL
Trolleys & Trays supplied to customers as per their optional requirement.  Thermograph supplied at the option of the customer to record the temperature.  Microprocessor controller with cyclic facilities can be provided.

STEAM HEATED MODELS
These are provided with finned tubular steam coils instead of in addition to heaters, along with solenoid valve.
